Our 125 t UHP electric arc furnace with a power of 60 MVA is equipped with an eccentric bottom tap. For ladle technology which improves quality, there is an 18 MVA ladle furnace and vacuum degassing facility providing the possibility to carry out oxygen decarburization. With our super clean steel technology, we can carry out adjustments so that there are only extremely low contents of the steel accompaniments silicon, manganese, sulphur, phosphor and other undesirable tramp elements. Computer-aided process control and monitoring with statistical process control ensure stable processes and high quality.
